Our faculty admits students from abroad via Istanbul Medeniyet University Foreign Student Selection Exam (İMÜYÖSS) organized by our university. Information on quotas is announced every year on the student affairs’ website.

The Faculty library within the Kartal/Cevizli Campus is available to all students of the Faculty. Additionally, the Istanbul Medeniyet University Ziraat Bank Library located at the Goztepe Campus will soon be available to use of all students.

The library contemporarily offers students and the academic staff everything necessary for learning, teaching and research with the highest standards such as books, e-books, journals, and electronic publications via its enriched online database.

According to the collection of the Library and Documentation Department, our library provides a collection of 14.115 books, 956 journals, 3.100.777 e-books (of which 13.000 are published in Turkish), 30.852 e-journals (of which 305 are published in Turkish). Both academic staff and students can benefit from all these sources by becoming a member of the library. All sources are accessible within the campus from the PCs connected to the University network. Students can also access library sources off campus by installing remote access systems on their electronic devices.

Students missing or failing to attend exams may take a make-up exam upon their submission of a written official documentation for excuses (ie. a medical report given by a hospital following a medical examination) along with the other relevant documents to the Faculty Secretary

Food Stipends

Each year, all students benefit from food facilities with a 80 % discount while 60 students enjoy 100 % food stipend. 

Turkiye Scholarships

International students can benefit from the allowances of Turkiye scholarships offered by Turkish government. Türkiye Scholarships is a scholarship program which not only provides financial support but also ensures university placement for students in their intended program of application. With this feature, it differs from other scholarship programs in the world. Apart from university education, it is aimed to provide students with the benefits of social, cultural and academic extra-curricular programs and activities during their stay in Turkey. For more information click here.

There are several accommodation facilities provided by the Credit and Dormitories Foundations (KYK) nearby the Kartal/Cevizli Campus. There are also some private halls available to students within the region. 

In addition, our university has a female dormitory named as "Medeniyet Kız Yurdu" with a capacity of 95 people, located in Kartal Soğanlık, which is rented by the method of Purchase Service and the service is provided by the relevant company. 15% discount is applied to our students.
